Books
You can see all about my reading habits at Goodreads.
Books register with each person differently. That’s why book recommendations are difficult and you shouldn’t worry too much about what others think. And the same book may be different for someone on subsequent reads, especially the longer interval between reads. You’re a different person each time you read a book.
Also, not everyone enjoys reading or learns best by reading. So don’t be discouraged, just pursue what interests you. Do, however, pursue learning as an active habit (everyone learns as a consequence of living, few learn as a lifelong vigorous and proactive pursuit). Do also occasionally challenge yourself to learn from more difficult material than is comfortable.
That said, some books that have particularly resonated with me in no particular order:
Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman
